EHD in-house Claim Specialists work for YOU. They will assist in the reporting and management of complex claims, in order to reduce your Total Cost of Risk.

• Assist in reporting and management of claims


• Prepare and submit loss reports to carriers (except WC)


• Challenge claim declinations, negotiate reserves, negotiate favorable coverage interpretations and establish claims management strategies


• Assist in making recommendations for claim settlement (when appropriate)


• Communicate with insured’s on status of claims
